Give your body the care it deserves with a gentle yoga flow designed specifically for runners. Whether you're recovering from a long run, improving performance, or simply want to move more freely, these sessions will help you feel lighter, stronger, and more efficient with every step.

After the great feedback from previous sessions, this is now a series of 4 classes, designed to complement each other. For the best results, join them all — or simply drop into the sessions that suit you. Each class stands on its own, so you can join anytime, no experience needed.

Each session focuses on a different area while working the full body. Join one or more — every class stands on its own.

Build strength for better posture and more control in every step.

Run taller, stay balanced, and reduce upper-body fatigue.


What to expect:

✅ Movements to improve mobility, release tension, and support recovery, while reducing the risk of injury.

✅ Guidance on simple post-run poses you can easily use in your own training routine.

✅ A calm, supportive space for all levels, from beginners to experienced runners or yogis.

Guided by Igno

Your instructor, Igno, is a certified yoga teacher who has completed 10 marathons, countless shorter runs, and 8 Hyrox competitions. He blends technical knowledge with real-world running experience to create a session that truly supports the needs of active runners.

Cancellation Policy

To request a cancellation, email info@ignovative.com

For 1-session tickets and unused 3-session pack:

  • Full refund: more than 72 hours before the session

  • 50% refund: between 72 and 24 hours before the session

  • No refund: within 24 hours of the session

For partially used 3-session packs:
Once the first session is used, remaining sessions are non-refundable. However, you can reschedule to another date in the series if spots are available.
