Give your body the care it deserves with a gentle yoga flow designed specifically for runners. Whether you're recovering from a long run, aiming to improve performance, or simply want to move more freely, this session will help you feel lighter, stronger, and more efficient with every step.
What to expect:
β A gentle yoga flow focused on the muscles runners rely on most: calves, hamstrings, quads, hip flexors, glutes, and core.
β Movements to improve mobility, release tension, and strengthen your core, supporting better form and reducing the risk of injury.
β Guidance on simple post-run poses you can easily use in your own training routine.

A calm, supportive space for all levels, from beginners to experienced runners or yogis.

Your instructor, Igno, has completed 10 marathons, countless shorter runs, several Hyrox competitions, and is a certified yoga teacher. He blends technical knowledge with real-world running experience to create a session that supports the needs of active runners.

50% refund: from 28 January at 10:01 until 30 January at 10:00 (72 to 24 hours before the event)
No refund: from 13 February at 10:01 onward (within 24 hours of the event)
