Flowing into yoga

by Igno Maggio

During my recent Camino walk, I realized that yoga lies at the perfect intersection of my passion for sport, my teaching experience, and a lifestyle inspired by ancient philosophy for holistic well-being.

This realization led me to India, where I completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training this August. The training not only deepened my own practice, but also gave me the tools and confidence to become a yoga teacher. My journey is still unfolding, but I feel grateful to be able to share what I have learned while continuing to grow myself.

Classes and Opportunities

At the moment, I’m teaching in local studios around Leiden and the region. I am also preparing new ways of bringing people together via regular classes or self-hosted events in supportive and welcoming settings. The aim is to create opportunities where curiosity and practice can meet, and where well-being can be explored in a meaningful way.

If you’d like to meet me on the mat, the easiest way is to check the dates on my constantly updated Linktree. I’ll be also happy to bring Yoga directly to your workplace! Check how here
